With a $60 service fee and an average annual premium of $420, First Premier Home Warranty is somewhat less expensive compared to its competitors (information supplied as requested). The average annual premium for the Premier Platinum is $540, with additional fees if you decided to add more extras. We were able to get a sample quotation for a townhouse with less than 5,000 square feet in Austin, Texas.

Although First Premier Home Warranty is a new business, with only one operation year, it already received an excellent BBB rating and several positive feedback. In terms of annual premium and service fees, it is significantly less expensive than some competitors, additionally, you will also get two months free when you buy a plan. Although there are only two types of plans offered, you can still purchase optional extras to further customize your plan.

While there are fewer contractors than other home warranty providers, the 90-day parts warranty, in addition to the 30-day labor warranty, is a great advantage that you should also take into account. Though there isn’t enough information about the sample contract on their website, it is advisable to reach First Premier Home Warranty for a free quotation and further details before continuing.

First Premier Home Warranty is a newbie to the world of home warranties. It could be a reasonable option if you are on a tight budget, with its affordable prices that are generally lower than those of other rivals and the two free months included with your plan. Premier, the company’s most basic plans, covers a wide range of appliances and systems, with the ability to upgrade or add extras if you needed more protection.
